FIN The Wild Experience goose hunts in Kalmar/Öland
These regions in Sweden are located to the south of Kalmar and on the island of Öland. The open fields provide a great setting for amazing goose hunting. The region boasts a strong greylag and Canada goose population while late autumn sees barnacle geese arrive in the area. Because it serves as a resting area for waterfowl during their migration, we can provide high-quality experiences throughout the hunting season (Aug 11 to Jan 31). Our hunting grounds cover roughly 50,000ha, so scouting is always essential for a successful hunt. While we continuously scout the grounds before our customers arrive to ensure maximum success, no one can promise a 100% guarantee of bagging quarry, even in an ideal setting. Geese are hunted in the area with special permits throughout the year, excluding the nesting season, in an effort to minimize damage to crops.

For booking a hunt, a booking fee of EUR 1,000/group is charged. The booking fee is deducted from the total price, and if the trip is cancelled by the agency, the booking fee is returned to the customer. If the customer cancels the trip under 30 days from the start of the trip, 50% of the booking fee is returned.
Customers also have the opportunity to wild boar if they so choose. Pigeon hunting can be staged between goose hunts EUR 20/person, wild boar hunt EUR 20/person. Boar is hunted from a tower following the evening flight to ensure customer safety. If you bag a boar, trophy fees are as follows: 0–35 kg EUR 85, 36 kg -> max EUR 135 (price includes the full animal)
Test for trichinella, around EUR 20/boar.
For any wounded animals, we rely on local help and their trained dogs. If we need to call them in, the customer is charged EUR 50.

It is a popular resting and nesting area for the greylag and Canada goose. While the fields in the area provide amazing experiences for your group throughout the season, no one can give a 100% guarantee of bagging quarry, even in an ideal setting. Geese are hunted in the area with special permits throughout the year, excluding the nesting season, in an effort to minimize damage to crops. Hunting for roe deer is also possible in the area.
